Broodstock

Hatchery
In the hatchery, clean water flows through around the clock and eggs hatch under close watch.

Nursery
Fingerlings are kept with the highest standards of animal welfare.

Juveniles
Fingerlings are sorted for optimal grow-out stocking.
- Kept in ideal conditions and sorted for similar sizing to allow for consistent growth
- Screened for health before moving to the grow-out tanks
- Every fish is counted individually to provide precise data for optimizing the process.
Grow-Out
Fish are transferred to special tanks where they will grow in low density with constant water exchange.
- Low stocking density so fish aren’t crowded
